the Long Rack is 12.5" long and 10.5" wide, made from .25" (6mm) aluminum, powdercoated Black, with mounting holes for Rotopax (you can have 1 gallons mounted to the rack with the Backrest on, or 2 gal. without the Backrest installed) fits 650GS Twin, 700GS and 800GS, the Long Rack also comes in a
GSA version to accommodate the different bolt pattern on the Adventure model. rack can be used by itself or with the Backrest.
the Short Rack is 9" long and 10.5 wide, .25" (6mm) aluminum, powdercoated Black, fits 650GS Twin, 700GS and 800GS, the Short Rack also comes in a GSA version. great for strapping a small bag to or using to attach the Backrest
the Backrest sits 9" tall above the surface of the rack, it cannot be used by itself it must be used with either one of our racks or the Mounting Plates, the Mounting Plates were designed so that the backrest would have a platform to mount to without putting a luggage rack on the bike (you can still strap something to them though)

Just got the short rack and back rest in last week 2/11/15. It has been mounted, tested, and passenger approved. Very solid and looks great! The rack also has plenty of places to secure luggage. Customer service was great and order to ship time was only 3 days!
